Many people ask this question. “Why a Health Coach and how can they actually help?”
Please let me explain it like this. A doctor will focus on sickness. However, a health coach will focus on health habits such as lifestyle, activity, stress levels, emotional and mental health. An expert coach such as myself will look at the whole picture rather than one illness and how all aspects of holistic health combine together and continuously interact. I strongly believe that the mind, body and spirit are all connected as one.
As a health coach, I have the skills and education that can help you to develop a long term plan, breaking it down in to short term goals to keep you healthy and motivated, whilst holding you accountable. I love to inspire, encourage and watch other women flourish.
I believe you are here because you are looking for a mentor rather than a coach. A mentor implies that you are an expert in your field rather than a coach who simply can guide you.
I have over 20 years of experience as a women’s health practitioner and I am highly trained in all aspects of healthy lifestyles and self-care. I have had the honor of working one on one with many women from all different backgrounds. I also have facilitated hundreds of groups including stress management, personal development and motivational workshops.
In 2018, I was an online group trainer for the prestigious iNLP Centre which is accredited through the California University School of Behaviour Science. My main passion is how one’s behavior and actions can influence health outcomes. Personal development is being in a constant state of awareness. A willingness to continue to grow. However, in order to do that, you need to be focused and motivated. This is where I excel and can truly help you.
Living a healthy lifestyle is so much more than just addressing the physical aspects of healthcare. It is also about your mental and emotional health which I believe, must be nurtured just as much as your physical health.
I have applied all of my skills and techniques in to overcoming my own life battles, so I can honestly relate to what other people may be going through. My coaching service is all about setting you up in the right frame of mind so you can then conquer and thrive in ALL areas of your life.
In 2015, I travelled to California and studied Health Literacy, certified by the California University School of Medicine. I was also nominated for an award at the prestigious California Institute of Healthcare Advancement for my Health Literacy Program. I am a fully Certified International NLP Master Practitioner, International Certified Life Coach and an International Certified NLP Trainer.
I am an author, International Speaker, TV Personality, Health & Lifestyle Coach and Mindset Mentor. I am also the founder of motivation2conquer activewear.
I am a member of the Harvard Health Watch which enables me to remain up to date with the current research so I can offer real information of value in the field of physical, mental and emotional health. I am also known as a perfectionist as I go above and beyond my commitment to each and every one of my clients so I can offer you the best support needed.
