Access to a weekly “Motivation 1-0-1” online group coaching session via Zoom. (Optional). Every Sunday evening at 7.15pm to 8pm, Australian Eastern Standard Time, I shall facilitate a group coaching session which is based on all aspects of health and wellness. The purpose is to foster a community of women to come together who all share a desire to live life to the fullest. We shall support and encourage each other by sharing our knowledge and experience in a safe, non-judgemental environment that is completely confidential.

I will guide, inspire and motivate you by teaching you practical skills and techniques that you can use in your daily life. You will be given small weekly challenges to meet where we will then come back to the group and discuss whether you achieved that challenge or not. If you did, you are welcome to share how you did it and if not, we can discuss what do you see as the obstacles or distractions that may have prevented you.
We shall laugh, celebrate, lift each other up and also hold you accountable in a completely supportive and empowering way.
Zoom has many features. We will be able to see and speak to each other or the option is there for you not to be seen or heard and to listen only. This is completely up to you. No matter how you choose to participate, it is your choice to decide what you are most comfortable doing.

24/7 access to our private only members Facebook group. This is so we can keep connected outside of our weekly online coaching session. You can post a question, share your achievement or even post how you are feeling. I will offer tips and tools outside of your personal development package to raise your energy levels and to help increase your positive vibes.

How Does This Work?

Simply enter your email address to sign up and I shall upon receipt, send you an invoice via PayPal for the first month’s program along with the joining fee. Total payment to get you started is $147.95. Unfortunately, once package has been sent, both joining fee and first month personal development program is non-refundable.

However, my guarantee to you is that there is NO CONTRACT, which means you do not need to commit to the entire six month’s program. Should your circumstances alter and you do not wish to continue or you want to put it on hold for a few months, you simply do not order the next month’s program package. However, if you complete the entire 6 months program and you would like to stay on in our weekly “Motivation 1-0-1” online coaching group, you are most welcome to do so for only $19.95 per month. This too will keep you in our “Members Only Facebook Group”.

Should you not have access to a printer, don’t worry I have you covered. For the cost of printing and express post, I will send you out your very own A4 hard cover manual. The additional cost is $22 for Australia and $32 International.
